27/08/2020 – Berlind office construction about to be completed

The 5-storey office building re-designed by MUDI for the Berlind factory in Zhoushi Town, Jiangsu Province, will be completed in October 2020. The project is part of Berlind (Kunshan) Technology Industrial Park and it is located on the east side of Kangzhuang Road, Zhoushi Town, Jiangsu Province. MUDI was called to optimize the interior space distribution and the design of the façade with minimal changes to the volume or the outline of the building. The design enhances the circulation and flexibility of the lobby area and the shared office space. The rational façade design drastically improves the interior lighting conditions while providing a distinctive character to the building.
