29/06/2023 – Berlind office and factories completed

The Berlind Office building and factories re-designed by MUDI in Zhoushi Town, Jiangsu Province, have completed construction. The project is part of Berlind (Kunshan) Technology Industrial Park and it is located on the east side of Kangzhuang Road, Zhoushi Town, Jiangsu Province. MUDI was called to optimize the interior space distribution and the design of the façades with minimal changes to the volume or the outline of the buildings. The design enhances the circulation and flexibility of the lobby area and the shared office space. The rational façade design improves the interior lighting conditions while providing a distinctive character to the buildings without increasing the construction cost. For the factories we proposed a different color code.
